These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchases and bookings with Dexterous LLC, doing business as DEXTEROUS LV. ("Dexterous," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 5755 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118. By using this site, booking an appointment, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Services

Dexterous provides barbering and grooming services at our Las Vegas location and sells retail styling products. Service descriptions and prices shown on this site are provided as a guide, may change without notice, and your final quote is confirmed in the chair before your service begins.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments are booked directly with individual barbers through third-party booking platforms (such as Booksy, theCut, or Squire). Your booking is subject to that platform's own terms, and each barber sets their own scheduling, deposit, cancellation, late-arrival, and no-show policies — please review them when you book. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

3. Products & Purchases

Retail purchases made through this site are processed securely by Shopify; your payment is handled by Shopify's checkout and subject to its terms. Prices, availability, and promotional offers (including multi-item discounts) may change or end at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where a product is mispriced or out of stock — in that case you will be refunded in full.

4. Returns & Refunds

If there is a problem with a product you purchased — damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us at dxtrslimited@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Site Use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, misuse the checkout, scrape or copy content in bulk, or misrepresent your identity when contacting or booking with us.

6. Intellectual Property

The DEXTEROUS LV. name, logo, product names, photography, and all other content on this site are owned by Dexterous LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's availability or that its content is error-free. Styling-product results vary by individual — always review a product's label and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexterous LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
